Data we collect
Shop domain; label configuration you create (fiber composition, care instructions, languages, responsible-person details); plan status; and operational logs (label created/updated/deleted, installs). For admin access, Shopify OAuth session data may include merchant staff identifiers (e.g. name, email) and access tokens as required to operate the embedded app.
Data we do NOT collect
We do not collect, store, or process end-customer (shopper) personal data. Label content is written to your Shopify product metafields and rendered on your storefront; Fibra does not receive shopper orders or identities.
Retention & deletion
After uninstall we stop processing; shop and label rows may remain until Shopify sends a shop/redact compliance webhook, when we permanently delete shop data, label configurations, event logs, and OAuth session rows. GDPR customer data_request/redact webhooks are acknowledged; we hold no shopper PII to return or erase.
How we use data
To render and sync product metafields, enforce plan limits (Free vs Pro), operate billing, and maintain security. The storefront widget reads metafields only — it makes no calls to Fibra servers.
Third parties
Shopify (platform & billing) and our hosting/database provider. We do not sell data or use third-party advertising or tracking.

Fibra helps display composition and ISO 3758-style care symbols as a merchant tool. It is not legal advice. You remain responsible for label accuracy and regulatory compliance in your markets (including GINETEX trademark rules where applicable).
