What does PackBoard store?
Shop settings and OAuth session data only. Open-order contents are loaded from Shopify when you use the board and are not persisted in PackBoard’s database.
Free vs Pro
Free covers a limited number of open orders with core pick/pack tools. Pro unlocks higher page size, unlimited open orders, live refresh, station mode, and bulk packed actions — billed through Shopify.
Does Mark packed fulfill the order?
No. Mark packed is a local checklist aid. Fulfillment in Shopify happens only when you use Mark fulfilled (with confirmation if lines are unchecked).
How do I get support?
