Data we collect
Shop domain; plan and billing status; board UI settings (property highlight lists, density, default filters); and Shopify OAuth session data required to operate the embedded admin (which may include merchant staff identifiers such as name or email).
Data we do NOT store
We do not persist customer orders, line items, or shopper personal data in our database. Order data is fetched from Shopify when you open the board and is not written to PackBoard storage.
Retention & deletion
When you uninstall, we stop processing. On Shopify shop/redact compliance webhooks we delete shop settings and OAuth session rows for your domain. Customer data_request and customers/redact webhooks are acknowledged; we hold no end-customer PII to return or erase.
Third parties
Shopify (platform and billing) and our hosting provider. We do not sell data or use third-party advertising trackers.
