Agreement
By installing or using PackBoard (“the App”), you agree to these Terms on behalf of the Shopify store that installs the App. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

PackBoard — Terms of Service
Service
PackBoard displays open Shopify orders with line-item photos, SKUs, variants, and properties on a packing board. Features vary by plan (Free vs Pro) as shown in the App and App Store listing. Order payloads are fetched from Shopify when you use the board and are not stored in our database.
Subscriptions & billing
Pro is billed through Shopify’s subscription API (Billing API). Prices, trial length, and billing intervals are shown on the in-app Plan page before you approve. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in the App or Shopify admin; Shopify handles payment processing per its policies.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate fulfillment, staff access, and compliance with applicable law. PackBoard is an operational display aid, not legal or logistics advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, bypass plan limits, interfere with other merchants’ use, reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law, or violate Shopify’s terms or applicable law.
Availability & changes
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the App, plans, or these Terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time. On uninstall, Shopify’s standard app-uninstall and data-handling flows apply; see our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.
