Tinko — Terms of Service
The product
Tinko provides trivia crossword puzzles across categories and difficulties, local progress, an in-game economy, and optional online leaderboards when enabled. Features available in your build are those shown in the app.
License
eDevRun grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tinko on devices you own or control, subject to Apple App Store and/or Google Play terms where applicable.
Virtual items
Gold, diamonds, rubies, and similar balances are virtual game items with no real-world cash value. Demo purchase flows do not charge real money. When real billing is enabled, Apple / Google payment terms apply.
No harmful use
Do not cheat, automate play against the spirit of the game, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, disrupt servers, or submit abusive content in reports or display names.
Disclaimer
Tinko is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or perfect question accuracy. To the extent allowed by law, eDevRun is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game.
